
Originally from Scotland Claire has worked in nine countries, starting in the kitchen, moving through wine and bar into leadership. She has worked with some well-known chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Jason Atherton, Mario Carbone & Ben Shewry. After three years in Hong Kong as Operations Director, she took a break to study Andragogy and Organisational Psychology before settling in Melbourne where she now works as Restaurant Manager with Attica.
